Victor and Co., LLC is the biggest developer in the Volga Region commercial real estate market, a member of the European and Russian Shopping Centre Councils.

The company was founded in 1996 in the city of Samara. Its President is Victor Ivanovich Surkov.

Activity: investment, construction and management of commercial real estate. At present, Victor and Co. owns and manages more than 400,000 m² of professional commercial real estate of various types.

Over the past 12 years, we have developed optimal management principles that allow us to combine stability with steady development. At present, the following projects have been completed:

• MOSKOVSKIY SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER— a 154,000 m² multi-region shopping and entertainment facility comprising a shopping centre and a cultural and entertainment (CandE) centre, and the first Russian Castorama, a 12,500 m² DIY format building material hypermarket (by the English corporation Kingfisher). The cultural and entertainment centre includes the first Russian aqua park, 33-lane bowling (the biggest in the Volga Region), 83 billiards tables, 12 tennis courts, a Gold’s Gym fitness club and wellness centre.
• MEGACITY SHOPPING CENTER — a 52,400 m² regional shopping centre.
• COSMOPORT SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER— a 127,000 m² multi-region shopping and entertainment facility.
• A-Class Logistics Centre — 95,400 m²
