History

Victor and Co., LLC is the biggest developer in the Volga Region commercial real estate market, a member of the European and Russian Shopping Centre Councils.

The company was founded in 1996 in the city of Samara. Its President is Victor Ivanovich Surkov.

Activity: investment, construction and management of commercial real estate. At present, Victor and Co. owns and manages more than 400,000 m² of professional commercial real estate of various types.

Over the past 12 years, we have developed optimal management principles that allow us to combine stability with steady development. The projects underway adhere completely to the relevant international standards, are both notably unique and organically complement and improve the present-day architectural appearance of Samara. Our Company’s work relies not only upon the experience and support of leading foreign companies, but also on the high professionalism of its own team.

Launched projects:

«MOSKOVSKIY» — super regional shopping and entertainment center with the total area 154 000 sqm which includes shopping center, entertainment center, the first in Russia DIY format 12500 sqmbuilding materials hypermarket Castorama, which belongs to the British company Kingfisher. The entertainment center includes the first Russian aqua park, 33-lane bowling (the biggest in the Volga Region), 83 billiards tables, 12 tennis courts, a Gold’s Gym fitness club and wellness centre.

«MEGACITY»- a 52,400 sqm regional shopping center.

«СOSMOPORT»- a 127,000 sqm super regional shopping and entertainment center.

A-Class Logistics Center — with the total area 95,400 sqm.

• In 2003 the RF President’s Representative in the Privolzhskiy Federal District awarded a diploma to the Moskovskiy Megacomplex for its effective investment project in retail and its significant contribution to the development of the Privolzhskiy District’s economy.
• The aqua park has repeatedly been a laureate of the Silver Seagull regional prize for its contribution to the development of tourism in the region.
• In 2005, the Moskovskiy Megacomplex has been recognised as the best shopping and entertainment facility in the Major Shopping Centre category, according to the Russian Shopping Centre Council.
• In 2006, the Megacity shopping and entertainment centre was recognised as the best in the «City and Urban Environment» nomination, according to the Russian Shopping Centre Council.
• In 2008, the Cosmoport shopping and entertainment complex was awarded the «Most Popular» prize and was the winner in the «Business Real Estate» nomination at the Gold Key professional competition.
• In 2008, the Logistics Centre was named one the top three best projects in Russia at the CRE Federal Awards.
• In 2008, Victor Ivanovich Surkov, the Company’s President, was declared «Businessman of the year» at the 2008 Commercial Real Estate Federal Awards.
