FRESH Distribution Center

A new project of Victor and Co. (opened 30 January, 2009), is the region’s biggest modern shopping complex for fruit, vegetables and groceries.

The center is adjoins the Moskovskiy SEC, one of the biggest shopping centres in Samara.

The center lies at the intersection of the M5 and M32 federal highways, the Moskovskoye highway and Rakitovskoye highway, connecting the administrative centre with Samara industrial districts.

The distribution center’s premises meet international standards and were built using modern construction technologies. The complex features fire alarms and automatic fire-extinguishing systems; in addition, the whole territory is protected by burglar alarm monitoring and a video surveillance system. The distribution centre receives goods by automatic gate with dock shelters and dock levellers.

Comfortable spaces for selling fruit and vegetable products and groceries are arranged in the complex (total area — 19,000 sq.m). For wholesale buyers, there is an attractive system of purchase prices. Customer will also be interested in the very broad selection of products provided in the distribution centre.

Spaces for heavy-load vehicles are located nearby for maximum convenience of the suppliers.

The opening of Fresh Distribution Center has a clear social significance: more than 500 additional jobs have been created, earnings have been increased for various budget levels, product prices fully correspond to the price control program adopted by the regional government for staple food products. In addition, the establishment of the distribution centre has caused a considerable reduction in the number of non-authorised markets in Samara and the surrounding regions.
