Logistics Center

The Logistics Center is the biggest ever Class A logistics terminal. It was designed and constructed by Victor and Co. in strict accordance with international standards. In 2008, three buildings were commissioned with a total area of 95,400 m2.

The Logistics Center includes several modern one-storey warehouse buildings, consisting of lightweight metal structures and rectangular-shaped sandwich panels without columns. The level concrete floor with anti-dust covering can withstand weights no less than 5 tons/sq.m at a height of 1.20 m. High ceilings (12 m) allow for multi-tier shelving equipment (up to 6–7 tiers). The loading/unloading set-up is made especially convenient by an automatic gate with dock shelters and levellers, as well as by the availability of holding and manoeuvring areas for heavy-load trucks and cars.

The center is provided with fire alarms and an automatic fire-extinguishing system. In addition, the whole territory of the logistics centre is protected by burglar alarm monitoring and a video surveillance system.

These features of the logistics center enables us to meet the growing demand of customers in need of higher level services, as compared to the services offered in poorly equipped (from the engineering point of view) areas.

A flexible lease policy facilitates the operation not only of large-scale areas for strategic tenants, but also meets the demand of small and medium businesses for leasing small Class A areas.

At present, major regional retailers as Auchan, Gamma, NLK and others operate warehousing and office premises at the terminal.

An unconditioned advantage of the project is its convenient location, at the intersection of M5 and M32 federal highways. It has two exits — to Moskovskoye highway and to Rakitovskoye highway in Samara, which enables the tenants to arrange their traffic flows in the best possible way. The Kurumoch international airport and three river ports are situated not far from the facility, and a railroad is located three kilometres away. The Bezymyanka aerodrome, with capacities for freight flows along international and Russian routes, is also located in this area.
